Rooted in Tradition

Cramp Bark is more than just an herbal ingredient; it is a plant with a story. Growing up to 15 feet tall, the shrub is a spectacle of nature, bearing large white flowers that give way to clusters of red berries in the fall. While the tart berries have historically been used for jams or even ink making, it is the bark that has captured the attention of herbalists for centuries.

Our Cramp Bark is prepared to honor these traditions, offering you a pure and authentic connection to nature's apothecary. whether you are creating a soothing tincture or a robust decoction, you are engaging with a practice that has supported well-being for ages.
